We provide interim housing and social services with meaningful activities for people moving from institutions, or otherwise unsheltered, into housing and stability, particularly as alternatives to incarceration.

The Restorative Services Program delivered more than 10,000 bed nights and 30,000 meals to individuals exiting incarceration or diverted from custody. The program provides structured reentry support designed to reduce recidivism and promote long-term stability.Services included individualized assessments, healthcare coordination, benefits enrollment, employment assistance, and referrals to restoration-focused legal services. Program growth reflects an ongoing commitment to accountability-centered reentry solutions that improve public safety and reduce repeat justice involvement.

The Resource Access Program provided more than 15,000 bed nights and 50,000 meals to individuals transitioning from hospitals, clinical care, or unsheltered conditions. Services were delivered through walk-in access centers, clinical referrals and street outreach.Grant funding supported increased access to nutrition, hygiene supplies, clothing, medication assistance, and other essential needs. Emphasis was placed on healthcare connection during critical transition periods, including transportation assistance, to reduce crisis recurrence and emergency service use.
