Community Builders Inc

Community Builders, Inc. is organized and operated exclusively for charitable, educational, religious, and scientific purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code and Section 1101.01(a)(2) of the Puerto Rico Internal Revenue Code. The organizations primary purpose is to promote and support community development and charitable initiatives by serving as a fiscal sponsor for emerging nonprofit projects and public-benefit programs, providing fiduciary oversight, financial management, and capacity-building support until such projects become fiscally independent. All funds and activities are dedicated exclusively to charitable purposes that benefit the public, with no part of the net earnings inuring to the benefit of any private individual.
