Community concepts foundation supports people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (i/dd) in achieving their highest potential through assistance and support to individuals, families, care providers, and allied organizations. Community concepts also provides donations and grants to employees who were affected by natural disasters, or other instances of employee hardship.
