Community Connect Foundation

The purpose of community connect foundation (ccf) is to promote the adoption and development of sustainable community-based civic engagement through education and outreach partnerships. We will strive to raise awareness and understanding of the impact that federal, state and local government have on communities by building relationships that "bring people to the process".
