To provide life-enriching services that provide optimal independence for people with disabilities through support for each person in reaching their potential, through goal-driven services and community partnerships.
Programs

Transportation services: the cci transportation program provides transportation to and from the agency's day habilitation programs, making mobility easier for the individuals we serve to fully participate in our programs. With a fleet of wheelchair accessible vans, cci provides transportation to and from the day centers, community based activities and appointments. The program served 355 individuals during fiscal year 2024.
Employment services: the employment services program provides community based employment opportunities and support to adults with intellectual disablities. Working with individuals and employers, cci finds opportunities for individuals and supports them in their employment. During fiscal year 2024, the program served 379 individuals.
