Programs

Home delivered meals program which provides nutritionally balanced meals to homebound individuals. Approximately 167,200 meals were delivered to eligible individuals.
Homemaker supportive services program which provides in-home daily living services to allow impaired and/or frail elderly individuals to remain in their homes, approximately 3,600 hours (units of service) were provided to qualifying individuals.
The organization also provides outreach, case management, and ombudsman services to qualifying individuals as pat of its program services.
