To provide smart, green, and sustainable solutions to create and sustain community development, job training and mentoring, and events. By partnering with citizens in the community, faith-based organizations, and local/state/federal governments, the organization serves as the advocate voice of the community.

Parent mentor program placed parents in the school to assist techers, principal and staff as needed on a daily basis for 2 hours per day.
Para-pro program takes parents from the parent mentor program and utilizes on the job training as well as professional development through online courses in order to receive certification used to be employed in the school district.
