Community Dinner Table Incorporated

The corporation is organized for the charitable and educational purposes of researching, promoting, developing, and operating programs that will reduce hunger and increase food security in bingham county, idaho, and surrounding areas. The corporation may also operate other programs as deemed appropriate to further its mission. The corporation shall operate as a non- profit entity under the rules of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of the united states.
