Cec empowers people by offering a model of integrated services bundled services to help individuals improve their financial stability.

In 2023 the housing program catered to 30 families and 466 individuals facing homelessness family violence and low income. These families found solace and optimism through the program. Additionally 29,653 families and 161 individuals benefited from comprehensive services including food assistance employment support and family coaching. The CEC partnered with various entities such as Birdville ISD Northwest Tarrant Chamber of Commerce and over 30 churches to concentrate on initiatives like supporting homeless students promoting literacy among elementary children and facilitating back-to-school preparations. Notably 2000 school supply kits 700 Bibles and 42,483 pounds of food were distributed during the refresh event. A sponsored event was attended by 302 families with more than 822 children connecting community donors directly with families during Christmas. Each child received toys valued at approximately $50-$75 while families were provided with about 13,590 pounds of food.
