Health and human services: empowering the human services nonprofit sector in grant county is something the community foundation is proud to do annually. Our local agencies provide necessary services to thousands of people in grant county, and without us, it would be difficult to help so many fully achieve their organizational missions. Over this past year, we have granted to multiple health and human service organizations. These organizations are committed to working closely with individuals in our county to help improve their overall well-being. They serve on the front lines to holistically monitor the health of our citizens and families and we were proud to step up our grantmaking during this critical time in our history.
