We create affordable housing as a catalyst to help communities thrive.
Programs

Homeownership production program - produces affordable homes and condominiums for purchase by low income households in the vicinity of our office locations.
Development services - produces affordable homes for organizational clients in washington and idaho to own and manage in the locations they serve, and to a limited extent develops units to be owned by the organization.
Asset management - provide direction and oversight to property management contractor and compliance reports to funders. Technical assistance - offers organizational, housing project, and program development services and training to improve and enhance the ability of local players in washington, idaho, and some parts of montana to produces and preserve affordable housing in their communities.
