Mission
The mission of the Clinic is to help adults move toward wellness by providing healthcare and pharmacy services. The Clinic accomplishes its mission by removing the barriers of limited financial resources and lack of health insurance. Patients of the Clinic realize health stabilization through access to healthcare and pharmacy services. The Clinic operates a standalone free clinic with an in-house pharmacy located in Cabarrus County. The Clinic provides healthcare and pharmacy services to lowincome, working-aged adults who have chronic health conditions (i.e., high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease) and other primary medical care needs. Clinical services are provided four days each week and one evening each month and pharmacy services are provided three days per week.
