Adult Day Training (ADT) - provides adults with a wide range of abilities (210 at the main campus and 80 at the Vence campus), opportunities for personal growth, skill development, and community integration. This program focuses on promoting independence and enhancing the quality of life for participants through a variety of engaging and purposeful activities in a structured yet flexible environment that encourages the development of essential life skills, including communication, socialization, and job readiness. Activities include vocational training, recreational opportunities, art, music, and life skills workshops, all tailored to meet each individuals needs and goals. Participants frequently engage in community outings, service projects, and volunteering at other nonprofits. These experiences not only provide valuable real- world exposure but also promote social interaction, collaboration, and a sense of belonging within the community.

Selby Preschool - provides 66 students, ages one through five, with a high-quality, early childhood education. Classrooms are inclusive, meaning that typically developing children and children with special needs are taught together in the same setting. Each class is designed to meet the educational, therapeutic, and emotional needs of the student. Students have access to high- quality therapy such as physical, occupational, speech, music, and aquatic therapies during their school day through our on-site partnership with The KidSpot. The program collaborates closely with both the Manatee and Sarasota school systems, as well as the Sarasota and Manatee Early Learning Coalitions to ensure that programming is accessible to all students regardless of their financial situation. Selbys focus of connecting children of different backgrounds and abilities encourages empathy, as well as social and emotional skills that will benefit children throughout their entire lives.

Expenses: $997K

Haven Academy - is a private Family Empowerment Scholarship school serving up to 50 students ages 14 to 22. The Academy provides functional academics, life skills, vocational training, as well as community-based instruction. Instructors utilize the Unique Learning system which creates individualized learning plans for students with complex learning needs. The Academy focuses on providing students with the skills and knowledge they need to move on to their next phase of life whether that be through employment in the community or adult day programs.
