Community-based FQHC providing comprehensive health care services to underserved populations.

Pharmacy services compliment other services in managing chronic and acute illnesses and maintaining the overall health of our patients. CHAS Health has a pharmacy located in each of its medical service sites as well as a central, mail-out pharmacy, and specialty pharmacy.

General dentistry services include oral health exams, hygiene, and diagnostic and restorative services to prevent and contain the oral health disease process. Dental services are offered at six co-located medical service sites and at four stand-alone dental sites.
