Managed a grant funded project for hopewell health centers. Purpose of the project is to develop systems to support recovery from addiction. Activites focused on peer recovery supporters and assessing the needs of the recovery communities in southeast ohio.

Managed a grant-funded project for hopewell health centers. Purpose of the project was to set up a partnership between hopewell, several local health departments and three insurers to explore the use of community health workers in improving health and reducing cost. Work to date has focused on partnership formation,sustainability and model implementation.
