Has developed and implemented a plan to establish a telehealth program to improve healthcare access to the medically underserved population of connecticut through federally qualified health centers in the state of connecticut. Services provided in this telehealth program include diabetic retinopathy screening, specialist econsults, behavioral health and primary care virtual visits, remote patient monitoring and chronic condition management.
