Community Housing Fund Llc

The fund is organized exclusively for charitable purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the code, and is operated exclusively to further the charitable purposes of its members, including relief of vulnerable and extremely low income households, elimination of racial discrimination, combatting community deterioration, enhancing community engagement, and lessening the burdens of government in the five-county region located in the state of california consisting of san francisco, san mateo, santa clara, alameda and contra costa counties (the "bay area") by financing the creation of new affordable housing and the preservation of existing affordable housing.
