Chp owns or manages 6,182 units of multifamily housing serving low and moderate-income residents. The porfolio managed by chp includes housing for senior and disabled, formerly homeless, single female heads-of-household and other individuals and families of low-income. Chp's services also include the provision of resident services such as after school programs, financial literacy education, job readiness skills building and leadership opportunities. In 2024, chp supportive service coordinators and our partners delivered 74,125 units of programming to our residents. In addition, chp is a licensed real estate company serving low to moderate income homebuyers. Our continuum of services includes sales, access to below market mortgages, homebuyer education and homeownership counseling. In 2024, chp provided homeownership training to 71 households and provided access to down payment assistance and mortgages to 2 families. Chp realty sold 2 homes.

CHP WORKS WITH PUBLIC AND PRIVATE PARTNERS TO PRESERVE AND CONSTRUCT AFFORDABLE RENTAL HOUSING FOR LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUALS AND HOUSEHOLDS ACROSS THE SOUTHEAST AND MID-ATLANTIC U.S. In 2024, CHP completed four rehabilitation projects. One was a 72 unit in Galax, Virginia, two were 80 senior housing units across the eastern shore of Virginia, and the last one was a 32 senior housing unit in Independence, Virginia. Also, in 2024 CHP started construction of a 52 unit project in Chapel Hill, NC. This project should be placed in service by year end 2025.
