To facilitate the purchase and rental of real property by minority buyers and renters; to enable minority buyers and renters to have a free choice in their housing location; to diminish and eradicate discrimination in the acquisition, disposition and rental of all real property; to encourage and assist in the implementation of federal, state and local fair housing laws.
