A Turning Point is a five bed Group Home that provides a safe haven for girls ages 12-17 in the foster care and juvenile justice systems. A Turning Point offers long- term residential care, and short emergency care on a space available basis. Our mission is to provide a wholesome living environment to our girls, in the form of a Group Home, to inspire them, and to have unconditional positive regard to what actions they choose to pursue as opposed to directing them into a specific thought process
