The organization fosters independence and community participation for people with intellectual developmental disabilities by providing quality, individualized community based support and training in employment, housing, community living, day programs, and related services.

Vocational services: provides a day program service for adults with development disabilities. The on-going service objective is to facilitate participation in a day program of meaningful activities, to include voluntary work and pre-vocational and community skill building and to provide on-the-job support to individuals competitively employed. An average of 417 individuals were served on a monthly basis for the current year, in day programs operated at varying hours per day, seven days per week.
