To enable individuals and families to obtain and sustain safe, decent, and affordable housing.

Asset building: we help low to moderate income households grow savings, buy a first home, prevent foreclosure, and receive free tax assistance. Individuals and families participate in our financial empowerment workshops that include budgeting, saving, credit repair, and banking/financial products to improve their financial health and independence. We also provide free tax preparation services to help lower-income people file their taxes and obtain much-needed tax refunds. We educated and counseled 400 individuals and prepared 2,035 tax returns.continued on schedule o.our organization is a housing and urban development (hud) -approved agency and services are provided by certified housing counselors.
