Mission
Community living association (cla) provides services for people with intellectual disabilities. Services include residential services and support, day habilitation services, work support, community case management, and other various services.
Programs
3 programs
Day habilitation programs consist of four community based day services for people with intellectual disabilities. Work support services are also provided. Services consist of active treatment with a focus on community inclusion.
Intermediate care facilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities (icf/iid), consist of a nursing level residence for twelve people and a group level residence for eight people. The service is active treatment with a focus on community inclusion.
Other programs operated by community living association consist of supported employment services, in home personal support services, supported independent living services, community case management, consulting and oversight of shared living services (which is similar to adult foster care), operation of an 8 bed group level intermediate care facility, and training services for other similar organizations.
