Low-income home energy assistance program (liheap) - provides assistance to qualifying low-income households in paying their energy costs.

Substance use disorder treatment - provides counseling, assessment and referral services for adults and adolescents experiencing problems in their life due to substance use disorder, mental health or problem gambling. Counseling is available on an individual or group basis and is also available to family members and/or friends. All services are provided by professionally trained and certified staff in a confidential setting.

Various other programs including: cacfp, csbg, county outreach, wic, maternal health, 1st five, lihwap, weatherization, substance use disorder prevention, and various other small programs.
