Community opportunity center non-profit holding company (coc holding) is organized for the exclusive purpose of holding title to real property, collecting income therefrom, and turning over the entire amount, less expense, to another tax exempt organization. Coc holding supports services to developmentally disabled individuals in the greater detroit area. Coc holding partners with other non-profit organizations and manages real estate and other assets associated with the care delivery locations. The activities of coc holding are funded by other non-profit organizations. The coc holding activities further the mission of providing safe, reliable, and high-quality services to developmentally disabled individuals in the community at a comfortable and engaging environment.
