Cpah is focused on the development of permanent housing for low-income individuals, families and seniors in washington and multnomah counties. Cpah also supports cpah residents with resident services, community building and skill building activities to promote housing and life success.

CPAH brings its understanding of permanent supportive housing to communities dedicated to serving people who are exiting homlessness. CPAH integrates its experience in Resident Services, partnering with mental health organizations and other service providers to assist people in moving into housing and supporting them over the long-term.
