Cpah is focused on the development of permanent housing for low-income individuals, families and seniors in washington and multnomah counties. Cpah also supports cpah residents with resident services, community building and skill building activities to promote housing and life success.

Support CPAH's critical resident services, provided at our 11 properties, which focuses on preventing evictions, providing enrichment and community activities, and ensuring that our residents are thriving. Of significant importance is support for CPAH's newest 100% PSH building, The Joyce, with residents who are exiting chronic houselessness. Resident Service efforts are critical for these residents to ensure they remain stable and thriving in their new housing. Our Resident Coordinator will support 66 individuals, who are also disabled, with addressing their housing needs and providing them with community and eviction prevention support.
