The organization is a non-profit agency building community by providing services that promote accountability, dignity and restoration for people affected by the criminal justice system.
Programs

Alternative in the community programs (aic) help people work toward behavioral change while meeting human needs and providing employment, cognitive restructuring, and relapse prevention services.
Community court, work release program, juvenile pro-social programming, prison arts program, second chance act reentry initiative, reentry welcome centers, reentry employment program, substance abuse and mental health services program, early screening and intervention units, community-based violence intervention and prevention initiative, and other programs.
Transitional housing programs provide housing for men for up to 90 days who can also participate in services provided by our aic programs.
