Community Patient Safety Coalition Of Southwestern Indiana Kentucky

The purpose is to improve the safety of patients and health care facilities within the Southwestern Indiana/Kentucky area. This will be accomplished through cooperation, collaboration and communication of all participating member health care facilities as well as promoting best practice standards of care whenever possible, which standards are communicated to the health care community and general public.
