Community properties impact corporation (cpo impact) is a 501(c)(3) created for the purpose of helping community properties of ohio (cpo management) realize the three-fold mission to: 1. Provide quality, affordable housing; 2. Link residents with resources that stabilize their housing; and 3. Champion resident and community advancement.
