Community Property Investments Inc

To purchase and hold title to real property, collect income from the rental of the real property, and distribute the rental income, less expenditures and reserves, to community works, inc., a code section 501(c)(3) public charity that is the sole member of the corporation. The corporation will from time to time purchase real property with funds that community works, inc. Contributes to the capital of the corporation.
