Our mission is to disrupt the cycles of recidivism mass incarceration homelessness and poverty by helping people find their way to self-sufficiency.

This program ensured individuals exiting incarceration received immediate and coordinated support including transportation service navigation and linkage to housing and community resources. WHO services strengthened continuity of care and reduced recidivism risks.
