Community Rebuilders

The organization receives grant funding for several veteran programs which provide housing and supportive services to eligible homeless veterans. The homeless veterans per diem program and the health care for homeless veterans provides supportive services and housing to eligible homeless veterans. The supportive services for veteran families program provides supportive services and housing to very low income veteran families who are either residing in permanent housing, or are homeless and scheduled to become residents of permanent housing.

Rental program - community rebuilders provides affordable rental units at rates below fair market value to low income households. This program provides an opportunity for individuals and families to rebuild their rental histories and secure rental housing despite poverty, past evictions, and poor credit.
