The wooden nickels program promotes access to fresh, local produce by providing up to 40 monthly in food vouchers per eligible household during the manchester farmers market season. In 2024, the program served 48 households over a six-month period, resulting in 4,186 spent on fresh produce at the local farmers market. This program not only improved access to nutritious food for low-income families but also supported local farmers and the community's agricultural economy. The initiative demonstrates crc's commitment to both addressing food insecurity and promoting healthy eating habits through access to fresh, locally grown produce. Chelsea hospital supported this health initiative.

The weekend kids meal program addresses food insecurity among school-aged children by providing nutritious meals for weekends when school meals are not available. In 2024, the program served 31 children throughout the school year, distributing 874 weekend meal kits to manchester school district students who face food insecurity when not in school. Each child received one meal kit per week throughout the school year, ensuring consistent access to nutrition during vulnerable periods. The program collaborates with the manchester school district to identify and serve children at risk of hunger, maintaining confidentiality while ensuring reliable access to weekend nutrition support. Farm bureau agent charitable fund, free & accepted masons of michigan, 148 manchester, and the manchester lions club supported this program.

In 2024, crc provided comprehensive non-food support services to 106 unique households through several key initiatives. Through the volunteer income tax assistance (vita) "scan and go" program, crc served 53 individuals with annual incomes below 64,000, facilitating 101,300 in total tax refunds. The emergency funding program provided critical support for rent, utilities, and transportation to 14 households, disbursing 3,804 in emergency assistance. Additionally, crc's mi bridges navigation services helped 49 clients successfully apply for or renew essential benefits including healthcare, food assistance, childcare, and state emergency relief benefits.
