Social Work and Passport Program - CRCKY provides wraparound care to immigrants in Kentucky as they work their way through the complicated US immigration system. Support services include social work services, interpretation services, clothing, referrals to medical and mental health treatment, access to furniture and household goods, cell phones, bus training referrals and legal documents such as passports. Whenever possible, direct assistance is provided to clients, and when that is not possible, clients are referred to other agencies which can assist them. CRCKY's passport program ensured US citizen children of immigrant parents received passports, at no cost to them. Parents were also assisted with completing Special Power of Attorney forms to ensure they had a designated custodian to care for their children if they weren't able to do so themselves.

Legal Assistance - As CRCKY has grown, so has our emphasis on ensuring every client has access to legal support for their immigration cases. CRCKY pays for an initial consultation with a reputable immigration lawyer for clients who can not afford a consultation. In some cases, we also help pay the initial deposit for the client's case. We prioritized unaccompanied minors who typically do not have the resources needed to pay for an attorney. CRCKY also assisted adult households who needed a little financial assistance to get their case started, as long as they had the means to keep up with future monthly legal payments.

Living Expense Assistance - This program ran in 2023 and ended in early 2024. Provided assistance for clients directly or indirectly impacted by life threatening illnesses and those at imminent risk of eviction or foreclosure. Rent/mortgage assistance was spent on supporting clients as they transitioned to a more sustainable financial position. Similarly hotel assistance was only provided if it was a bridge to a more sustainable living situation. Other assistance provided to our clients which includes but is not limited to transportation, storage fees, and medical expenses. This program was discontinued in 2024.
