Mission
The mission of the organization is to provide essential and innovative resources for individuals, families, and communities to prepare for and support graceful aging. This is accomplished through ownership and operation of subsidized senior housing and handicapped housing and by providing accounting, administrative and other support services to other non-profit entities that provide services to elders in need.

The organization provides administrative and bookkeeping services to urban jacksonville, inc and its various operating divisions, as well as subsidiary clay county senior services of aging true. Both pay management and bookkeeping fees to the organization of a 70%-30% ratio proportioned to revenues earned, as does the nutrition services division of community senior services, inc.
The organization is the fiscal agent for the florida self directed care program for district 4. Theprogram promotes self-determination, recovery and full inclusion of people who have been diagnosedwith a mental illness and depend on government subsidized mental wellness services. Funds are utilized to purchase psychiatric and mental wellness care, as well as alternative and non-traditional services that result in the same successes as traditional mental health services. During the twelve months ended 9/30/2024, the program purchased services for 58 participants.
Amount other services, the organization owned and leased the office building housing the administrative offices of the organization and its affiliates, as well as a medical office building that was converted from a rental property and an agency storage facility.
