The organization's 24-hour supported living program is designed to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities access a broad spectrum of support so that they can have independent lives. The 24-hour program consists of eight agency-operated homes in local communities; seven are agency-owned and one is a rental home.

Community day services offer adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities activities where they choose meaningful ways to spend their day. Some activities include: structured volunteer work; creative classes in art, music and dance; activities of daily living; health and wellness classes; group exercise; classes structured around developing job skills and job searching. Participants also enjoy activities in the community, including volunteer work; field trips to museums, zoos, and cultural events; as well as fun recreational activities like bowling and shopping.

Supported employment services are designed for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are interested in working in the community. The focus for participants is not only on achieving employment; but, also acquiring the skills to become productive and valuable employees.

The organization's intermittent supported living program is designed to help adults with intellectual and development disabilities access an extensive range of services. The intermittent program supports individuals living independently or with their families in our communities.

Case management is person-centered support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families designed to help meet their needs through education and advocacy. Services include individual and group respite programs; public benefits such as medicaid and social security; other social services such as food pantries and energy assistance programs; and educational workshops. Case managers also provide advocacy in schools and other settings. Services and supports are individualized and tailored to the needs, interests, and desires of the individuals and their families.

Clinical services are available to adult clients who need additional support for a wide range of mental health and behavioral concerns. Licensed staff, including licensed clinical professional counselors and board certified behavior analysts, provide individual and group counseling, therapy, and behavior intervention. These team members also provide training to direct care staff and family members to help support the individuals served.

Senior services provide eligible individuals who live in nursing facilities ability to receive specialized support from a state grant that consists of recreation and community integration programs.
