Community Tampa Bay promotes dialogue and respect amoung all cultures, religions, and races by cultivating leaders to change communities. We envision a community free from all forms of discrimination.
Programs

Professional Education Program offers customized training sessions and consultation that empower workplace leaders to leverage diversity to create inclusive, high-performing teams that boost a companys bottom line and allow it to exceed its goals.
Youth Leadership Conferences are one-day mini ANYTOWN sessions giving middle- and high-school aged students the opportunity to begin experiencing meaningful cross-cultural interactions and dialogue. These skills are the foundation for students to become inclusive leaders.
Community Tampa Bay also develops community conversations that are prompted by the needs of the community. Topics in the past have included the Ukrainian war, anti-Islamophobia, and Xenophobia. The organization also participates in the AmeriCorp program. Volunteers through AmeriCorp assist with Community Tampa Bays program capacity building. The volunteers also receive intensive experience working in an educational nonprofit.
