Community Thrift Store Incorporated

The purposes and functions of the Community Thrift Store is to solely and exclusively promote the health, safety and welfare of the residents of the surrounding communities by: (a) establishing and maintaining facilities and programs for the collection, distribution and sale of clothing, household goods and other personal property for the benefit of needy person in the community; (b) for distribution of sale proceeds, contributions or other sources of income or property to needy persons in the community, or to other non-profit charitable, educational, religious or governmental organizations or activities which are compatible with the purposes of this corporation, or which meet the criteria for tax exemption for Federal and State income tax purposes.
