We touch the lives of people in our community by providing transitional housing, practical tools and resources to achieve self sufficiency.

Victory transitional housing provides temporary housing for the homeless. Victory transitional housing served approximately 65 individuals in their shelter during the year. Many residents have received training and counseling guidance which has enabled them to live a successful life for the future. Victory transitional housing served 4,949 adults and 5,001 bed count-nights stayed in our facility.

Noahs ark outreach served 274 families representing 915 persons with free clothing, furniture and household items. It distributed items to the needy in rural areas of fauquier, culpeper, rappahanock and surrounding counties. Items were also distributed in maryland, washington dc, and virginia.
