Philadelphia rebuild - philadelphia rebuild is the city of philadelphias rebuilding community infrastructure program. Community ventures was chosen to develop and supervise five projects under the philadelphia rebuild program. The majority of the vendors involved address their invoices to community ventures for payment even though they are actually paid by the city of philadelphia. For the purposes of this tax return, these transactions are not deemed to be agency transactions and are included as revenue and expenses.
