Mission

The mission of compass institute is to create a new generation of ethical leaders, active citizens, and innovative thinkers through service-learning, leadership development, and social entrepreneurship. To accomplish that, we support youth leadership development nationally and internationally through professional development, curriculum writing, program evaluation, program development, and coaching to non-profits, schools, universities, foundations, juvenile correctional facilities, and governments.
