Compass Rose Retreat Program: This Denver, CO-based program provides participating girls with tools for mindfulness, anxiety reduction, and other lessons for dealing with changes in everyday life -- essentially learning how to focus on their "True North." The weekend retreat program was paused during the year while the organization further explored how best to structure the retreats and recruit attendees for retreats. 2024 expenses of $12,957 included $3,414 in venue, advertising and printing costs of a one-day Girls' INpowerment Day Conference in Denver in September 2024 , and a $9,543 allocation for 20% of Katherine Hilborn's time and compensation ($47,714 x 20% = $9,543).
