Compassionate Addiction Treatment's mission is to provide compassionate, holistic care to people suffering from substance abuse disorder and homelessness in a safe and therapeutic environment. We are committed to removing barriers to care and providing supportive opportunities to work towards personal goals for housing, employment, health, transportation, exiting the criminal justice system, recovery from substance use disorders, and more.

The Medication for Opioid Use Disorder/ Medication Assisted Treatment program that employs a prescriber and provides on site walk in access to these treatments to the community.
The Foundational Community Supports (FCS) utilizes housing and employment case managers to provide housing and employment services that are billed to Medicaid for eligible participants, including anyone who has been unhoused for 12 of the last 36 months, has been incarcerated or in a mental health facility, and has co-occurring mental health or SUD.
Recovery Options Center Shelter is a 28-bed shelter within Compassionate Addiction Treatment?s Recovery Community in Spokane, Washington. We prioritize welcoming people who are exiting inpatient treatment, offering a safe and stable place to land while they continue their recovery journey.
