Compasspoint Nonprofit Services

Communications & field building: compasspoint produces and curates content that informs and inspires nonprofit leaders and fellow capacity builders to continue to evolve their practice. This includes publishing a monthly newsletter and regularly updated blog, and also participating in and convening groups of fellow leaders and capacity builders for information sharing, deepening development of the work, and ongoing support. One area of focus in 2024 was among collaboration of capacity builders focused on buidling out resources and information for resource mobiliation (fundraising and development professionals).

Organizational contracting & capacity building: compasspoint partners with nonprofit organizations and coalitions to build their capacity and strengthen their work. In 2024, compasspoint re-launched its capacity building and consulting program. Services included: ongoing coaching services to 5 organizations, retreat and group facilitation work for 3 organizations, 2 virtual contract trainings, and support around conflict resolution for 1 organization.
