The trust provides for the funding of the Computer Aid, Inc. Medical Benefit Plan which provides for health benefits under the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA). As required, it offers continuation of benefits for a specified period of time to qualified employees and their dependents who would not otherwise be eligible for continued coverage because of a particular qualifying event as required by law. As of 12/31/24, there were 11 participants covered under the COBRA provisions.
