To encourage& promote digital literacy among underserved urban & rural populations through training & placement of reburbished computers in those communities, as well as minimizing electronic waste by refurbishing & recycling donated & used computer equipment.

Computer Lottery Program Provides cost-free computers that foster a sense of community. Visitors to our location in the vibrant Homewood area of Pittsburgh, PA can explore the current inventory, test devices & receive personalized guidance from Computer Reachs staff. Free computer bundles that are distributed after the initial guidance totaled 712 in 2023.
0Digital Skills Program An in-person on the ground Digital Navigator outreach operation across multiple PA counties. This program equips individuals with knowledge and tools necessary to thrive in the digital age. This program serves a diverse population - 43% are people of color. 51% in 6 Western PA counties alone. In addition, 69% of those served are women. This program covers 4642 miles in both rural & urban communities in Western PA.
