Mission: to coordinate and develop the work associated communities and promote the development of salvadorans in the united states and in el salvador. Purposes: to operate as a tax exempt not-for-profit organization under irs code section 501(c)(3). Fundraising and use of funds exclisively for tax exempt and charitable, humanitarian, educational and cultural purposes, as long as the organization's funds are not for the benefit of a sole individual. Cotsa is a nonreligious and apolitcal organization.
