Con-Solatio

Domestic program: served 750the con-solatio team consists of 15 permanent and temporary volunteers, stationed in brooklyn. They serve 24/7 as an indispensable source of moral support for disadvantaged members of the local community, as they strive to create intimate, long-term bonds with those in need and to assist them with day-to-day services. In 2023-24, they visited 460 people at their homes on a regular basis, organized 40 community building events, and visited 6 facilities monthly or weekly (nursing homes, shelters, hospitals, etc).

Grant to similar programs around the world: served 4,000as a non-profit that sends volunteers to serve worldwide, con-solatio is interested in giving financial support to projects abroad which align with its mission, either in helping fundraise for them or in distributing grants according to con-solatio grants process and funds monitoring procedure. In 2023-24 con-solatio helped centers in:-el salvador,-japan,-peru,-argentina,-uruguay,-romania,-india.
