Conna-stone corporation (dba hannah's house of plano) is a texas non-profit corporation that provides a safe, secure, and stable environment for children involved in custody disputes and for families in transition. The organization provides a neutral location for parents to pick up and drop off their children and provides on-site and off-site supervised visitation conducted by trained personnel and licensed health professionals. The organization's goal is to strengthen the relationship between parents, their children and other relatives while minimizing the emotional hardship the children suffer during times of transition.
