Mission
The primary activities of the organization are to organize, plan, and present activities celebrating the 250th anniversary of the first battle of the American Revolution that took place on Aril 19, 1775 in the town of Concord, Massachusetts, to recognize the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776, and to solicit, receive, and collect funds from various sources, including donations and grants from sponsoring organizations, municipal, state, and federal sources, and from the sale of commemorative items to help finance the foregoing activities. The activities will take place primarily in the town of Concord, Massachusetts, and the funds will be used to further the historical, literary, cultural, educational, civic, and patriotic activities and objectives of the corporation.
